Payment: Your conference fee must be paid in full in order to confirm your reservation. Payment should be made online by credit card at the time you submit your registration form in order to process and confirm your reservation. For onsite registration, credit cards, US checks, and cash will all be accepted. A receipt of registration payment will be provided for all transactions. VISA/MasterCard accepted.

Refunds:  Cancellations received in writing by August 1, 2014 will be refunded in full less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received August 2 through September 1 will be refunded at the 50% rate. There is no refund for cancellations after September 1.

Exchanges: Persons not able to attend the conference may give their receipt to a colleague to attend in their place. Please email the conference convener, William Greene greenew@sou.edu with changes.

School of Education location: Southern Oregon University School of Education, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland, OR 97520. 541-552-6346. Open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Conference Location: The conference will be held on the Ashland campus of Southern Oregon University. Most of the sessions will be held in the Stevenson Union Building.

Lost Receipt: A receipt to acknowledge payment and registration will be emailed to the email address entered on the form. The name of the person will be on a roster at the registration desk, so if the receipt is lost the person can still attend the workshop.

Parking: Parking will be available in the Mountain St lots near the Stevenson Union.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Stevenson Union.

Special Access Needs: The building has access ramps and an elevator.

Students: Students that are taking the workshop for academic credit need to register in advance through their MySOU account. Non-SOU students that would like to take the class for ED 399 credit may contact Angela Huftill (541-552-6332) for more information. WHAT ABOUT THIS?
