How Targeted Coaching works

Is there a change you want to make in your life?  Is there a goal you want to achieve but are not sure how to get there?  Then Targeted Coaching at SOU may be for you.

Based on the GROW model for personal achievement, Targeted Coaching focuses on reaching a specific, attainable goal.    Partner with a professionally trained coach to refine your ideas and create a realistic plan for staying on target.  Within that plan are specific, “doable” agreed upon actions you will take to meet that goal.  Your coach supports you along the way with the strategies, resources, honesty and accountability necessary to make desired change in your life. Target-Success 300x300

  • clarifies intent
  • designs actions
  • anticipates obstacles
