Degree Completion Programs
The Degree Completion Programs are designed for people who:
- have an Associate's degree or have completed approximately two years of college
- wish to return to college after an interruption in studies
- have work or family responsibilities that make daytime attendance in Ashland difficult
- work for an employer that encourages additional education
- want to accomplish greater career goals
Classes are offered in the evening and on weekends at the Medford Campus located at 229 N. Bartlett Street. Advisors are available in Ashland and Medford to meet with interested students. You will want to have a copy of any past college transcripts when you meet with your advisor for the first time. An unofficial copy will suffice for that first meeting, but an official copy will be needed at some point to become admitted to the university.
If you decide to enter the program and have not previously attended Southern Oregon University, the next step is to apply for admission and have an official copy of your transcripts from previous institutions sent to:

The Degree Completion Program is a very flexible program. You are not tied to a cohort, and you can take as few or as many classes as you like. You can enter at any term and design a plan that will best fit your needs.
