To do:

a. Complete the formview.aspx with:
	- Add supplier name along with supplier id
	- Can you hide the supplier id?
	- Show units in stock and units in order
	- Add CSS and themes (skins)

b. Create an additional detailsview where supplier details can be seen

c. Add additional details to OrderItems.aspx page (by default always order
   100 items)
