To do:

a. Unzip the SampleThemes.zip file to see the different themes provided
b. All the skins provided in the themes use non-default values - SkinID is defined.
c. Add your own default skins to create a default.skin file under App_Themes
d. Use the skins from the SampleThemes for various controls. Which skin do you like best?
