Like a good pair of jeans that works just right with a comfy old flannel shirt, some wine and food pairings fit well - new and old, different, but still perfect together. Join the School of Business’s own Culinary Institute of America graduate Lisa Sherrill in a palette-provoking taste of great marriages (and occasional divorces) between food and wine. Gain a whole new insight into what works together and why. Leave informed, entertained, and ready to invite some friends over to dinner. Class includes materials fee; must be at least 21 years old on the first day of class.
