The Music Building located on the northern end of the SOU campus houses the Music Department and the Music Recital Hall where the southern Oregon public comes to attend such events as the Chamber Music Concert Series. SOU is designated as the Oregon University System Center for Excellence in the Fine and Performing Arts.
