Oregon University SystemOrganized in 1932, the Oregon University System (OUS) provides educational opportunities for the people of the state of Oregon. Oregon State Board of Higher EducationThe Oregon University System is governed by the Oregon State Board of Higher Education, whose members are appointed by the governor with confirmation by the state senate. Terms are four years for regular members and two years for student members. Terms expire June 30 of the year shown.
