Southern Oregon University offers a number of programs in
cooperation with the professional schools within the Oregon University
System. Some of these are terminal programs serving a specific vocational
end in themselves, while others provide preprofessional courses. In some
cases, it is advisable for a student to complete a four-year baccalaureate
degree program before transferring to the professional school. There are
other four-year programs in which students may take undergraduate work
at Southern Oregon University, transfer to the appropriate professional
school, and, upon completing the required courses, return to the University
to complete baccalaureate degree requirements.
