This dynamic program focuses on developing executive leadership skills and strategies proven to improve productivity and motivation levels of senior level executives, their teams, and their organizations. Through a series of simulations, interactive exercises and discussions, you will learn how to apply innovative leadership models for improved personal and work group satisfaction and productivity.
Topics Include:
- Discover management styles that promote motivation, creativity, and innovation
- Recognize the difference in leadership styles between women and men, and how that is vital to an organization
- Learn successful executive level leadership methods based on case studies of executives from across the globe
- Understand the new role of senior level executives and how that drives their organizations to new levels of accomplishment and success
- Apply the latest theories and techniques proven to be successful in getting people with diverse backgrounds and interests to work together, improve abilities, and increase performance

Raj Parikh, Ph.D., Professor and Dean of Southern Oregon University. Raj Parikh joined the university in 2009 as tenured Professor and Dean of the School of Business. He earned a B. Tech with Honors from the Indian Institute of Technology in 1972. Prior to joining SOU, Raj was the Chief Executive Officer of the Ras Al Khaimah Education Company in the United Arab Emirates. Raj has obtained additional professional qualifications -- Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He received a Gold Medal for obtaining the highest score in the nation on the CMA examination. Raj has co-authored World Accounting, a three-volume treatise on international accounting which is updated semi-annually. |
