This dynamic program focuses on developing executive leadership skills and strategies proven to improve productivity and motivation levels of senior level executives, their teams, and their organizations.  Through a series of simulations, interactive exercises and discussions, you will learn how to apply innovative leadership models for improved personal and work group satisfaction and productivity.

John P. Keenan, Ph.D., is Founder, President, and Professor of Leadership Studies of the Institute for Leadership and Global Education (ILGE).  He has been presenting leadership, team building, and high performance workshops, seminars, and providing consulting services to organizations throughout the world.  He has also serve as Visiting Professor at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon teaching graduate level courses.  Dr. Keenan provides consulting services to organizations such as SONY, Inc., Caterpillar, Inc., Dubai Airport FreeZone Authority, IMO State Governor and his Cabinet (Nigeria), Lucent Technologies (AT&T), Honeywell, Inc., Harley-Davidson, Inc., Freeport Medical Center, General Mills, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., Ersnt & Young, Bell Laboratories, U.S. Department of Energy, Fairchild Semiconductors, Inc., and many more.

Raj Parikh, Ph.D., Professor and Dean of Southern Oregon University. Raj Parikh joined the university in 2009 as tenured Professor and Dean of the School of Business.  He earned a B. Tech with Honors from the Indian Institute of Technology in 1972.  Prior to joining SOU, Raj was the Chief Executive Officer of the Ras Al Khaimah Education Company in the United Arab Emirates.  Raj has obtained additional professional qualifications -- Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  He received a Gold Medal for obtaining the highest score in the nation on the CMA examination.  Raj has co-authored World Accounting, a three-volume treatise on international accounting which is updated semi-annually.
