Professor John Laughlin teaches in the area of Management with a special interest in business research.

1994-2005 Dean of the School of Business at Southern Oregon University

1974-79 Jackson County Mental Health Service, Medford, Oregon Responsible for Administration of 40 staff community mental health agency.
1970-73 New South Wales Education Division, Sydney , Australia . Responsible for administration of a 6,000 student school counseling district. Majority of time spent in supervision of para-professional staff, direct counseling and diagnostic testing.
