All of the services listed on this page are now available through MySOU. MySOU is a one-stop online environment which provides access to all of these systems and more without requiring you to login again in most cases. For best results, always use MySOU.

Gmail and Google Apps provides secure access to your email, calendar, docs and sites.
Moodle is SOU's learning management system.
MyFiles360 offers secure remote access to your SOU home directory from anywhere on the Internet. You can download any of your files using a web browser, or you can map a drive and have full read/write access to your files. MyFiles360 uses your MySOU account and password.
SISWeb is a secure, interactive web application that allows students to easily view and update their own data. In SISWeb, you can register for classes, make credit card payments, order official transcripts, view grades and transcripts, and more.
Banner Self-Service is a secure, interactive web application that allows faculty and advisors to view course and advising data and faculty/staff to view their HR information. Faculty may register students for classes, give registration overrides, enter grades, view student transcripts, view class rosters and wait lists, and more. Faculty and staff may view their current benefits, deductions, payroll earnings, leave accruals and other personnel records.
Banner provides secure access to the integrated Banner Student, Finance and HR systems. Banner supports the full range of functions necessary for student, finance, and human resource administration including creation of catalog information, scheduling of classes, recruitment, admissions, residential housing, registration, advising, academic history, accounts receivable, payroll, tracking employee personnel records, tracking departmental budgets and expenses including creating purchase orders, invoices, institutional JV's, and the reports showing these transactions.
