Applied Multimedia

Requirements for Minor

Who's the Minor for?

Classes are suitable for students from any major; no programming, art, or broadcasting skills are required. The Introduction to Multimedia class (AM 233) is the gateway (and pre-requisite) for the other Applied Multimedia classes. The only prerequisite for the Intro class is basic computer skills. The program is especially valuable for students whose majors are Computer Science, Communication, Art, Education, or Business. Many students report that they feel these classes are among their most useful.
