Students who successfully complete all designated courses in a SOU articulation agreement will:
- Have met SOU's lower-division general education requirements
- Be eligible for admission to their selected major at SOU
- Upon admission, will be assured junior standing within their selected major
Baccalaureate students must complete a minimum of 60 credits of upper division work before a degree will be awarded, and meet all the requirements of SOU prior to graduation. Students pursuing a bachelor or arts or bachelor of science degree must complete the special requirements for these degrees. See the BA/BS requirements in the SOU catalog.
Transfer students may guarantee their catalog of graduation by obtaining written approval from their SOU major department. The agreed upon catalog will be the one a student uses when he/she declares the Associate degree major at their community college. Students must enroll at SOU within two years of catalog year approval. See your academic advisor for assistance with articulation agreements.
