Financial Aid and Scholarships

You must submit a FAFSA to be considered for financial aid at SOU. This form is available at schools, libraries, and online. Our FAFSA school code is 003219. Also apply on-line for SOU scholarships. February 15, 2008 is the scholarship application priority deadline for Fall term 2008.  Click here to learn more!  There is no deadline for the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Program.  WUE Scholarships are awarded until the maximum number of awards for the year is reached, so applying earlier than later is recommended.

Award Letter

Once you receive your financial aid and scholarship notifications, make sure you sign and return your award letter.

Immunization and Health History Forms

SOU’s Student Health and Wellness Center will mail you information about immunization and health history requirements. These forms are vital in ensuring your ongoing registration eligibility and in helping SOU meet your health needs.  The immunization form is available here.
