Western Undergraduate Exchange Scholarship Program

The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program at Southern Oregon University can save you over $10,000 per year! See our current tuition rates.

You will be considered for the WUE If you are an incoming freshman or transfer student from one of these western states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.

To automatically be considered for the Western Undergraduate Exchange Program:

• Submit the Southern Oregon University undergraduate application for admission
• Complete the additional scholarship questions on the application for admission
• Earn admission to Southern Oregon University

* WUE is only available to new, incoming students
* All WUE applications will be reviewed by the Office of Admissions

The WUE tuition rate is equivalent to 150% of the Oregon resident tuition rate. Students who receive the WUE tuition rate will continue to receive the discounted tuition as long as they are enrolled full-time and are making satisfactory progress toward graduation. Students must also remain in good academic standing.
