Raider Registration 2008
Assessment
Depending on your previous work, you may be required to take assessment tests to help up advise you for your fall schedule. There are 3 assesments:
1) Mathematics: Unless you have completed college-level math, you are required to take a placement exam in mathematics. You are welcome to use your calculator, but one will not be provided. This assesment will be completed during the Raider Registration event.
2) Foreign Language: Online foreign language assessments in French, Spanish, and German are required for new students enrolled in a foreign language course at SOU. Participation in a high school foreign language proficiency program may be substituted. This online assesment should be completed before attending Raider Registration.
3) Writing: Your confirmation letter will contain necessary instructions.
Documented Disabilities
If you have a documented disability and need to discuss accommodations for the fall and future terms at SOU, Disability Services for Students personnel will be happy to meet with you by appointment at Raider Registration. Please schedule this appointment in advance by calling 541-552-6213.
