Admissions Criteria for Transfer International Students
When making admission decisions, we consider the characteristics of the national system of education and the level of study completed.
Transfer Undergraduate Applicants (at least 1 year of completed college course work):
- Complete the online application for admission.
- Submit official transcripts from your prior college(s), including an English-language verison.
- Official English Proficiency exam results.
Transcripts and English proficiency results will not be accepted as faxes, scans, photocopies or already opened documents. Documents will not be returned after they are received by SOU.
GPA Criteria
- 2.25 on a 4.0 scale OR
- 70% on a 0-100% scale
Your GPA will be calculated by the SOU Admissions Office upon receipt of your official documents.
Application Timeline
Admissions decisions are made approximately 2-3 weeks after the receipt of all official documents.
