Jonathan Chavez Baez Senior Admissions Counselor Coordinator for Minority Outreach		Eagle Point HS, South Medford HS, Phoenix HS, Salem area, central Oregon coast, eastern Oregon, central Oregon, Idaho, Nevada.
Racquel Berglund Admissions Counselor		Cascade Christian HS, Rogue River HS, Illinois Valley HS, Eugene/Corvallis area, northern California, Alaska, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, all other states.

Natalie Coppedge Associate Director of Admissions		Natalie manages the evaluation team and is the primary contact for international applicants and the California Exchange program.
Stacey Westrum Articulation & Evaluation Specialist		Stacey evaluates applications for prospective students and assists with international applicants and evaluation of course equivalencies from other academic institutions.
Patrick McBrien Articulation & Evaluation Specialist		Patrick evaluates applications for prospective students and assists with international applicants and evaluation of course equivalencies from other academic institutions.
Judy Faulkner Articulation & Evaluation Specialist		Judy assists with evaluating course equivalencies from other academic institutions and entering student transfer courses.
Jan Andress Processing Assistant		Jan assists with data entry of applicant information.
Brooke Goodson Front Office and Visit Coordinator		Brooke schedules individual visits and tours and oversees the front office.
Parsina Kurth Information Specialist		Parsina assists the public with general questions about the University and the admissions process.
