Admissions Process for International Students to Southern Oregon University
All applicants must submit:
- Application for Foreign Student Admission
- Report on Proficiency in English and
- Financial Certificate/Visa Information Form
Graduate applicants must also submit:
Mail all of the above forms along with your US $50 application fee to:

Important: You must also direct that your official TOEFL score results be sent to SOUTHERN OREGON UNIVERSITY (our institution code is 4702), and you must ensure that Official Academic Transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended (or your high school transcript if you have less than a year of college) be sent directly from each school to the above Admissions Office address.
Are you currently attending school in the United States? If so, you must also print this form (International Student Advisor Report) and ask that the Foreign Student Advisor at your current US school complete and send the Report to this office.
