AAASPD REGISTRATON CENTER at the Hawaii Preparatory Academy (HPA)
The AAASPD Registration Center will be set
up in the main entry to the James M. Taylor Commons on the HPA Upper Campus. It will be open
Sunday from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m., Monday and Wednesday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.,
and Thursday 7:30 a.m.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-
Program organizers and/or presenters in the Professional category may register at a reduced cost for the full meeting. Please refer to "Professional Presenter or Program Planner Full Meeting" category above.
- The first 20 K-14 teachers to advance register for the full meeting (not just a workshop) will automatically receive a $75 stipend to help defray their meeting costs. The check for the stipend will be in the meeting packet provided at registration in the Boise Center. The stipend is not available to those who register on-site.
- No registrations will be accepted beyond Monday, 9 June. All registrations from Tuesday, 10 June on must be done at the Registration Center at HPA, which opens Sunday, 15 June.
- On-site registration will be at the "after 20 May" fee.
SPECIAL FOOD EVENTS
Pu pu reception/dinner (June 15, Sunday): $26.00
Hapuna Beach Cookout/Picnic (June 16, Monday): $22.00
Division Banquet (June 18, Wednesday): $35.00
The Division Banquet will be in the James M. Taylor Commons on the Upper Campus of HPA.
Students who are eligible for awards of excellence
are invited to join us as guests of the Division. This has been factored into the cost for students staying on-campus at HPA or purchasing a meals package. Students planning to attend the banquet must be sure to indicate so at the bottom of the front page of the Advance Registration Form.
FIELD TRIPS
| Several field trips are planned on Sunday,
Wednesday, and Thursday - Saturday.

| Field trips are full-day events. |
| Field trips cost from $55.00 to $70.00 person, depending
on the particular trip. |
| All field trips are offered on a space-available basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointments. |
| Persons not registered for the AAASPD meeting will be charged an additional $10 field trip registration fee. A person will pay the fee only once, regardless of whether they participate in one or two field trips. |

REFUNDS
Requests for refunds must be in writing and received no later than May 17, 2008. Requests
can be made via USPS or e-mail (aaaspd@sou.edu).
A handling fee of $10.00 will be applied. Refunds to credit
cards will incur an additional 3.25% fee on the amount of the
original charge to help cover the costs of the credit card fees assessed
to the Pacific Division.
