Southern Oregon University departments hosting meetings or events on campus should arrange parking for guests/participants through the events coordinator:
- Send your request via the Parking Event Request Form.
- The events coordinator will process your request. You may receive an e-mail or phone call if there are further questions.
- When the event has been scheduled and parking needs priced, you will receive for your approval a confirmation e-mail with parking/cost details.
- After the event is complete, the event coordinator will issue a journal voucher to debit your account.
Please note:
Buses must display a guest permit and park in Lot 41 unless otherwise directed by Parking Services.
