FOOD

Meals for those not staying at HPA are available in the dining room at the following rates for all but the Thursday Division Barbeque and the Saturday Division Dinner (Luau). Purchase tickets at the AAASPD Registration Desk.

Division barbeque (13 June, Thursday): $20.00
A traditional Hawaiian barbeque. For those holding an HPA meal card, there is no additional charge. Others must purchase tickets in advance.


Division Dinner (15 June, Saturday): $25.00
The Division dinner, a Hawaiian Luau, will follow the presentation of Student Awards of Excellence and the Division President Nina Jablonski's presidential address. For those holding HPA meal cards, there are no additional charges. Others must purchase tickets in advance. Students who are registered for the meetings, who have presented an oral or poster paper, and are not staying at HPA will be guests of the Division.



FIELD TRIPS

Seven different field trips are offered, one on Wednesday, five on Friday, one on Sunday and one every evening. Click here to read about them.
Each field trips is an all-day adventure (except the evening ones).
Field trips cost $45.00 each person, except the evening stargazing trips that are free to those who drive themselves.
All field trips are offered on a space-available basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointments.

Requests for refunds must be postmarked no later than 17 May 2002. A handling fee of $10.00 will be applied.
